Each of our pastas starts out as a mixture of Sperry Extra Fancy Durum Flour, and our own farm fresh eggs.
It is then hand kneaded, hand rolled, then cut the appropriate size. These pastas, coupled with any
of our homemade sauces will make any meal a delightful experience.


Our pastas come in 4 popular sizes, from the thickest, Fettuccine to the thinnest, Capellini. All are
hand made from the same quality ingredients. Each different size comes in a 12 oz size.
