Breads

All our breads are home and hand made. Tina uses only the best ingredients consisting of all purpose flour, yeast,
salt and oil. She hand kneads the dough, and it is allowed to rise under very controlled circumstances. It
is then stone oven baked to give you real "old world" taste and authenticity. The final product is
then shipped promptly to assure freshness.
